Every Grady Creations item is 3D printed to order in North Carolina. We want you to love it. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives broken, damaged in shipping, or with a printing defect, email us at info@gradycreations.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost, or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Wrong item or color
If we sent the wrong item or color, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Changed your mind
Because items are made to order, we can cancel and fully refund an order before it has been printed. Email us as soon as possible. Once printed, standard (non-custom) items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is paid by the customer.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom pieces such as head and bust sculptures, logo prints and other one-off designs are made just for you and can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
A note on colors
Filament colors can look slightly different on screen than in person. Small color variations are normal and aren’t considered defects.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
