These terms apply to purchases from gradycreations.com, operated by GradyWorks LLC (doing business as Grady Creations) in North Carolina. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added for orders shipped to North Carolina addresses. We may cancel and fully refund any order if an item can’t be made or a price was listed in error.
Made to order
Items are 3D printed after you order. Please allow a few business days to print before shipping. We’ll email you if there’s any delay.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help.

Product use
Our items are decorative and novelty products made from PLA plastic. Small parts may be a choking hazard; not intended for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
Custom designs
When you send us photos, logos or designs for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may share photos of finished pieces on our site or social media; tell us if you’d prefer we don’t.
